  Where can I find the platform?

  You can access it through your client portal.

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Click on VIP Trading Room

  3. Click on the button Login to VIP Trading Room

  How can I be eligible?

  The VIP Trading Room is available to clients who have an active live account. To be eligible to use the VIP Trading Room service, you need to meet the initial minimum funding requirement indicated above since the date of launch.

  What if my balance drops below the required amount?

  This will not affect your access to the platform once you meet the initial minimum funding requirement.

  Who are the analysts on the portal?

  The analysts are from Everest Fortune Group, an award-winning research house advising some of the world’s largest banks, asset management firms, and brokers, specializing in institution-grade technical analysis. You can find the analysts' profiles in your VIP Trading Room.

  How do I create a VIP Room Trader account?

  A VIP Trading Room account is automatically created for you through your Vantage account once you open a live account with us. You may deposit additional funds to access premium services.

  Are my messages private?

  Yes, your messages are hidden from other users. When an analyst @mentions you, their message is visible only to you.

  How do I find out which tier I'm in?

  On the right-hand menu, simply click on "Users," and you will see a list of users in either the VIP or Basic tier. Find your account number (or display name) there.

  Can I change my name?

  Yes, instead of using your account number, you can change your name by clicking on the profile icon at the bottom left corner and editing your "display name" in the middle column.
